The textbook is the product of many years of educational and practical work on the course “methods of formation of oral speech”.
The proposed textbook defines the theoretical foundations of oral speech: general characteristics, meaning, components of speech and a system of phonemes and sounds characteristic of the Kazakh language, content, tasks, methods and techniques of teaching pronunciation. In addition, the methods of teaching oral speech to children with hearing impairments have been studied: work with breathing, voice, language sounds, vowels and consonants, word, vocabulary stress, work with tempo-rhythmicity and intonation of speech, the third chapter of the textbook discusses the organization of work with oral speech.
