This book presents a new technology for sewage treatment made of titanium alloy with a nanocrystalline or fine-grained structure. The nanostructure mentioned in sheet metal is obtained by applying intense plastic deformation, developing a threaded shape and comprehensive forging. In the mentioned work, the stress-strain state that occurs in workpieces during threaded formwork and a longitudinal wedge mill or during complex forging is investigated. By the edge element method and MSC. The SuperForge program also revealed quantitative data on the basic patterns of stress-strain state and temperature distribution with modeling of threaded shapes and rolling on a longitudinal wedge mill and complex forging. Various numbers of passes and crushing were used in the rolling simulation. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the deformation modes forming the nanostructure or roughness in these alloys, while developing a rational technology for rolling titanium alloys tested in laboratory conditions and threaded and longitudinal wedge mills or in complex forging.
