Introduction to mathematical analysis (with problems)

Abdikalikova Z.T. Introduction to mathematical analysis (with problems): textbook for the specialties Mathematical and Computer Modeling, Computer Sciences / Z.T. Abdikalikova. – Almaty: CyberSmith, 2021. – 256 p.

This book is a one semester course in mathematical analysis and deals to the course “Introduction to Analysis”. The course is the first course in mathematical analysis aimed at students who do not necessarily wish to continue a graduate study in mathematics. The clear exposition covers many topics that are assumed by later courses but are often not covered with any depth or organization: basic set theory, quantifiers, functions and relations, equivalence relations, properties of the real numbers (including consequences of the completeness axiom). The course does not cover topics such as metric spaces, which a more advanced course would. It is also possible to use this book for a beginning of a more advanced course, but further material should be added.
