In the textbook “State Regulation of entrepreneurial activity”, the main topics of the curriculum of economic specialties of higher educational institutions are systematized and grouped into the following sections: entrepreneurship in a market economy, its legal foundations and the system of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity. ; methods of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity, the role of the state in regulating entrepreneurship and the functions of the state in carrying out entrepreneurial activities; Analysis of the state regulation of entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the model of communication of the enterprise and entrepreneurship with the environment and organizational and legal forms of entrepreneurial activity; planning of business activity, implementation of business ideas, as well as analysis and assessment of business activity, competition; risk in entrepreneurial activity, mechanisms for its neutralization, decision-making in entrepreneurial activity and improvement of the system of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan; trade secret, the mechanism of its protection; business entities and their responsibility; marketing tools in business activities; calculation, cost planning, production and financial plan of the enterprise; fixed and current assets of the enterprise, regulation of financial activities of the enterprise; income from the sale of products and services, expenses of the enterprise; determination of the effectiveness of business activities, employee management; legal aspects of entrepreneurship and state control of entrepreneurship.
