Zolotareva L.R. Наследие Великого Шелкового пути в контексте мировой культуры: a monograph / L.R. Zolotareva, R.M. Zhumashev. – Karaganda: Medet Group LLP, 2020. – 185 p.
In the context of the Program article by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbayev “Bolashakka bagdar: rukhani zhangyru – A look into the future: modernization of public consciousness”, a large-scale UNESCO project – the Great Silk Road – the path of dialogue of cultures, the monograph examines culture as a universal means of forming spiritual consciousness, preserving the national code of culture. The Great Silk Road is analyzed as a source of literary heritage, a source of inspiration and creativity of famous Kazakhstani and Russian artists, an art and cultural analysis of the creative searches of S. Alzhanov, K. Askarov, N. Bube, M. Kalkabaev, M. Kalmakhanov, V. Kel, E. Kim, V. Protsenko, E. Sadyrbaev and others is given. The works of decorative and applied art and sculpture also reflect a great theme. The collected works of literary, visual and applied creativity allow me to judge the involvement of moderns, writers, poets and artists in history and the awareness of themselves as the successors of age-old cultural traditions. This is their “new silk road”.
The monograph is addressed to specialists in the field of history, cultural studies and art history, as well as teachers of the humanities. The book will be useful for doctoral students, undergraduates and students.
