The educational and methodological manual “self-knowledge” is based on the content of the discipline “self-knowledge”, a mandatory component of the state compulsory standard of education of a higher educational institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and as a continuation of my textbook “self-knowledge” is devoted to a seminar lesson in this discipline. The training manual contains materials and literature for the student’s independent search work on the topic. This allows the student to deepen their knowledge independently. The educational and methodological manual “self-knowledge” is addressed to students and teachers of the university, a wide range of readers.
