These guidelines consider the main approaches to organizing work with students in preparation for the Olympiads in Russian language and literature, identify the main stages: identifying participants in the Olympiad, planning work with them, organizing work on preparation for the Olympiad.
When describing the content side of the preparation for the Olympiad, the issues of repetition of theoretical and advanced study of educational material, correction of “sinking” topics, learning to write expositions and essays, performing grammatical tasks of the 1st and 2nd rounds, preparation for reading a favorite work are revealed.
The author pays great attention to working with the text. Pedagogical literature and materials from work experience were used in the development of methodological recommendations.
