REPUBLICAN INTERUNIVERSITY ELECTRONIC LIBRARY
Kazakhstan National Electronic Library – The materials posted on the network resource of the Republican Interuniversity Electronic Library (hereinafter – RMEB) and the services provided by RMEB are considered only as a means of obtaining information for educational and scientific purposes in compliance with international standards on copyright in the digital environment. When working with full-text electronic resources of the RMEB and Internet resources, it is necessary to comply with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Copyright and Related Rights”, “On Informatization”, with the obligatory indication of the name of the author and / or copyright holder, as well as the source of borrowing.
Full access to the full-text resources of the electronic library can be obtained in the libraries of the universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan – RMEB participants, since it is limited to certain ranges of IP addresses assigned to each of these universities.
Employees, teaching staff and students of universities participating in the RMEB, in the presence of the corporate mail of their organization, can register on the site by creating a personal account on the terms of the User Agreement on providing access to the RMEB fund in the form of viewing and reading.
By using this network resource, the User confirms that he fully agrees with these terms of use of the RMEB network resource and undertakes to comply with them.
