Digital Literacy: How to Use a Mobile Phone Properly?

Today, a cognitive event titled “Digital Literacy: How to Use a Mobile Phone Properly?” was organized at the scientific library of the Faculty of History and Geography.

A first-year student of the “Landscape Design” program, Korkyt Dinhmukhammed, delivered a presentation on an interactive panel using slides on the topic of digital literacy, explaining the possibilities of proper and effective use of digital technologies. He provided examples of internet safety rules, how to correctly select information, and the appropriate use of digital resources in education and daily life.
During the event, students were given special handouts containing guidelines for proper mobile phone use, aimed at developing conscious and responsible digital behavior.

First-year students of the “Geography” program showed particular interest in the topic and actively shared their opinions and suggestions.
At the end of the event, the scientific library staff presented branded merchandise with the university logo to the most active students.
