On February 18, 2026, at the Faculty of Economics of the Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov, a literary and poetry evening titled “Қасиетті қара өлеңнің Құлагері” was held in honor of the 95th anniversary of Mukagali Makatayev. The event was organized by lecturers of the Higher College within the framework of the week “Innovative Teacher – Leader of the Digital Era” with the participation of groups KM-403 and KM-403A.
The event was aimed at promoting the works of the outstanding poet Mukagali Makatayev, increasing interest in poetry, and paying tribute to his memory.
During the evening, students recited heartfelt poems by the poet, presented musical compositions, and gave the audience a special spiritual experience through their sincere poetic performances.
