On February 27, 2026, a cognitive intellectual QUIZ game titled “The World of Zhambyl” was held at the scientific library of the Faculty of History and Geography among students of the faculties of History and Geography, Physics and Mathematics, Philology, Economics and Law, and Pedagogy and Educational Management.
The aim of the event was to introduce the life and work of Zhambyl Zhabayev, to highlight his contribution to Kazakh literature, to awaken national spirit and patriotic feelings, and to increase young people’s interest in poetry.
The event, organized in the library, was attended by 5 teams from different faculties. Each team chose a unique name and demonstrated their knowledge and wit. The teams were: “Bilim Shyny,” “Adebietshiler,” “Tarih Tagylymy,” “Uly Zang,” “Fizmat,” and “Mura.”
Students showed their knowledge, quick thinking, and resourcefulness. Each question broadened the participants’ horizons and enhanced their cognitive skills. At the end of the exciting and competitive QUIZ, the winning teams were awarded special diplomas and prizes.
The participants showed high activity, demonstrating organization and intelligence.
